Here's an illustration created to promote improv courses and lessons at The Social Capital Theatre in Toronto. I've taken improv lessons here throughout the past couple of years and through them have learned to incorporate play into my mindset, become more present, deal with social anxiety and have a lot of fun with awesome people doing it.
